it's all about code switching. much of social interaction is just knowing which mask to wear at any given time, and making it convincing. especially in tech, especially in the corporate world, you have to know your audience.
my advice would be to find some trustworthy outlets, places or spaces where you can "be yourself." for me, that's talking every few weeks with a few friends who have similar views (aka anti-vaxx conspiracy theorists who think the world is run by satanic pedophiles)
