Yes I used to drive a semi for this one company, let's call them Samurai. Well Samurai had a terminal in Lakeland, FL. There was a tranny that drove for them that looked like your photo. He would go into the terminal and hang out in the shower/restrooms but not lock the door. This would make the indicator on the outside show "vacant".
