This is just untrue. The 144,000 in The Revelation are clearly described as descended form the 12 tribes of Israel (12,000 from each tribe).
Paul is very clear that Christ came to fulfill the Law for both Jews and Gentiles (non-jews), and that circumcision is of no gain. the 144,000 are all Jews who turned to Christ for salvation, but both Paul and Christ are clear that salvation is for non-jews as well.

These 144,000 shall come to finish teaching and assist translating the poor, disabled, handicapped, orphaned, and the like from the faithful and potentially faithful of the earth.
When this is done, both the 144,000 and those of the second group shall come to preach and assist in translating all other faithful and potentially faithful able-bodied folks.
