How is it strictly seeds oils fault? It's YOUR fault at the end of the day for being a fat fuck. Not the oils or the sugar. Lard, olive oil, saturated fat, or butter will be equally as bad for you. The thing is that seed oils IN EXCESS will make you fat faster because in America it's also mixed in with a bunch of other shit and additive(s), including sugar and sodium nitrates.
Sugar is just an easy target because America loves its sugar and gets turned into fat/energy a lot faster.
its not typically and only fats that make you fat, seed oils aren't harmful in small quantities and many chains do n fact discourage usage of seed oils already. Even fried food doesn't contain a lot of seed oil.

The best evidence against it is circumstantial. People started getting fucking fat and sick after 1970 which is when usage of seed oil took off, but also literally everything started to turn to shit after 1970 so it could just be consequence of something else unrecognized.

My family has been cooking with olive oil, canola and sometimes coconut for years since I was a kid and no signs of anything for me. These past years it's been only canola because my mom likes it more I don't know why.
