Walk in with a Klan hood and call him a nigger. Burn a little cross and hang an effigy from a bonsai tree on the little hospital table. When he refuses to operate on you because he's controlled by his emotions you can have his medical license revoked. If he ends up operating anyway and then fucks you up you can claim he did it on purpose because of your political beliefs then sue the shit out if him. Or if he ends up doing it correctly regardless then your knee will be okay. Win/win all the way around.
