For anyone wondering, the last briefing I attended that wasn't related to separation was an hour long lecture on the nuances of tranny soldiers, their rights, and the resources (see: permanent profiles, con leave, and government funded dick amputation) available to them. This was under Trump while libs cried about how transphobic the military apparently was at the time. It's been pozzed for longer than most care to admit. When they implemented the "deploy or get out" policy, they simultaneously allowed trannies to basically ride out their contracts and eventually reenlist. The gist of it is they kicked out guys that had injuries that took a bit longer to heal than they'd like and essentially traded them for troons that couldn't pass PT tests thanks to all of the estrogen they were shooting up only to keep them out of work longer by letting them get surgeries after they had their gender marker changed to whatever they please. This is why you see lots of guys on here in NEET related threads talking about how they are on VAbux, whether they realize this or not. I'm not saying it's some sort of conspiracy, but it was definitely very convenient timing. Experienced guys with knee injuries getting barred from reenlistment or med board for something retarded like alcoholism, troons get free reclass and play video games in the barracks all day. This is still happening now based on what friends who are still in are telling me. On the bright side, VAbux keep vets pretty placated and the VA is actually a pretty damn decent organization so I'm not even mad anymore. That's probably what they want but that's fine by me at this point.
There are some genuinely smart motherfuckers in there. That being said, the saying is "smart people get out of the army" and having a 120GT score makes you a god amongst men in the eyes of retarded senior NCOs that have multiple TBIs from running over IEDs.
