With like ~150 km maximum range you should have expected our command to start being reluctant once the lowest hanging fruits are all taken. Would you risk a very expensive launcher that might or might not be replaced quickly enough if hitting yet another depot would place the launcher too close to the front lines (and thus close enough for a timely counterattack by something)? 300 km missiles would not be used for airflieds within RF's territory for a long while because there are fuckton of targets that are like 100-120 km away that are currently too risky to take on.
