The education system is set up to highly favor women - 60%+ of new bachelors degrees goes to women, of the remaining 40%, a highly disproportionate amount goes to niggers. Women then get recruited into large corporations into HR, who then enforce hiring based on affirmative action + credentials. So essentially you have a feedback loop where niggers and women only hire niggers and women, because they think that's better for niggers and women. The economic pie is shrinking, but they have a larger % of it so they think that's good. Soon they will have 100% of nothing.
