I only eat chuck steak, eggs, various forms of cabbage like broccoli/cauliflower. Supplemented with things like jalapenos and cheese, seasonings and the like. I can feed myself for about 30 dollars a week eating two meals a day and I've lost 10 pounds in the last month and a half.

Its awesome reminder Steak fries is French, faggots

Well done with Heinz ketchup. The Trump way.

I used to be able to afford it 5x a week.

I like steak.

I like them medium well.

It's just meat that some people treat far too seriously.

How many times a week now? I just bought 2 filet steaks from Australia. Cost me around $15.

I eat it as much as possible. I love it.

once or twice? I suppose i could eat more of it, but out of principle i refuse to pay 30 USD for a flank steak that previously was about 12 USD.

for reference i make 85k USD/year, so not completely bitching about being poor or whatever, it's just that all the good, healthy, natural foods (aka, animal fat/protein) are seeing far more inflation than the onions/vegan bullshit the same people pushing climate change, forced vaccination, and mass immigration would have me eat. i don't trust these people and try; to do the exact opposite of everything they say.
