After braking every single contract when it confiscated all the Russian reserves and assets, nationalizing Gazprom Germania without paying a dime for it. Russia never stopped the gas supplies despite these actions. And we all know that this is not about Ukraine. The other partner ( the US) that you serve so blindly is destroying your economy with this crazy idea of "extending Russia".
The EU supported the American coup in Ukraine in 2014 (Victoria Nuland and Geoffrey Pyatt, by phone - it is recorded and available right now, everybody knows it), then supported the Civil War that started exactly because of that coup. The OSCE never even tried to make the Minsk agreements work. No one moved a finger to avoid the death of more than 15.000 civilians due to the Civil War, except for Russia. Then the EU supported the puppet government while it used NATO to threat Russia over Crimea (ignoring the referendum). Blocked Kaliningrad.
Even during the Soviet times the USSR never had any problems to supply Kaliningrad.
Why do you want so bad to provoke Russia? Do you really like the idea of a total war? These governments jeopardizes the world population for the sake of the American politicians and weapon industry. No one else wins.
