What are your opinions on phytoestrogens?

Phytoestrogens are commonly found in coffee, tea, and in extremely high amounts with beer and a lot of other foods. What are your opinions? Do they feminize men or is this something we shouldn't be worried about?

>jasmine oil
Bummer. That's like my favorite bath scent.

Generally I'm fine with trusting things which remain staples in successful population groups for over 500 years, preferably a full millennium. Everything else I'd regard with suspicion. Foods which didn't exist 50 years ago, let alone 500, don't come anywhere near me or my family.
Coffee, for example, is a little over 500 years old, but that was in the Ethiopian population. It's only about 300 years old for Europeans, who I generally consider successful. Being 300 years old, I think it's probably not so bad for you, but I'm still not entirely convinced it isn't fucking us up somehow.

So many things in them have phytoestrogens so I'm assuming it is okay in low amounts? Don't know. I want some more heavy hitting data on this.

I agree with this.

Agreed, need the data. Last I had read a couple of those on OPs pic had positive testosterone correlations, especially things like pomegranate. Need more information overall.

>""""""""Dr.""""""""" Axe
Just so you know, this guy isn't a doctor. He's a quack, and this retarded chart is meant to sell you his retarded supplements.

Yeah I know, just wanted a chart that display foods with phytoestrogens.

so what are the opposite of these?

Kek. I would like to know also.

Pine pollen

>oats
You need like a thousand times the amount of oats for one portion of s0'/. Coffee, same. Nothing is as bad as that. The rest combined does not make as much of a dent.

>One gram of pine pollen contains around 80 ng (nanograms) of actual testosterone.
Yes.

The chart is kinda misleading and incomplete.
Most seed oils, nuts and seeds are highly estrogenic.
For most people seed oils are the biggest estrogenic source they are intaking daily.
Oats, lentils, coffee are not a problem.
Marijuana is estrogenic.
Lavender oil is highly estrogenic.
Plastic is highly estrogenic - especially for people who occasionally work with resins, like construction workers might get occasional exposure.

How do vegans cope with their high estrogen diet?
Some beers have lots of estrogenic compounds in them - that's part of what makes a person feel emotional from drinking certain beers. I think IPA are the worst for it. Over-time a beer belly and sensitive nips will develop.

Have you ever met a vegan?

Yes. I even went to a vegan convention in thailand, despite not being vegan myself.
"dated" a fruitarian girl who was starving herself and lethargic

yeah their women are THINN and take loads down their throats like a champ!

Yeah as I said earlier, this was to get an opinion about how people feel about phytoestrogens and to look more into it because I honestly don't know.

If you're not feminized already then why worry? Obviously you aren't very susceptible to their influence. If you are? Well, you are already fucked. Not much we can do besides cope.

i doubt you can absorb it through the skin in significant amounts. just stay away from the teas

Just eliminate seed oils, s*y products, nuts and seeds and your good.
Eat beef, milk, cheese, eggs.
And you'll be fine.

I wash my hair with bar soap because it doesn't have estrogenic chemicals in it either. I only use bar soap for cleaning - use it for everything.

all vegetables have anti nutrients and female prohormones in them. real men should only eat red meat for optimal testosterone levels. there i just saved you 1000s of hours of "research"

Ah yes saved by no information at all.

phytoestrogens aren't even real estrogens. they have differing effects, including anti-estrogenic effects. actual estrogens are in animal foods, meat, eggs and of course animal breast milk.

He kinda right though.
Eat like your grandparents did, or like your ancestors would have if they lived on the farm.
My family tree shows hundreds of years back almost everyone was either a farmer or a tradesman.
Living on a farm in Netherlands - eating beef, milk, cheese, eggs, bread, some veggies.

Not enough information. Eggs, milk, and meat have been eaten for a long time and during this wars have been fought and most men were not as they are today.

Nice try vegan tranny.
Most non-whites can't process milk.
Cope and seethe.

That's a simple diet. Not an all meat diet. I agree with you, but not an all meat diet.

There actually is an opposite I forget the scientific name but they mimic testosterone and can be found in tribulus and fenugreek. I’ve used tribulus and can definitely confirm that shit ramps up your T regardless of whatever brainwashing propaganda Google says it does

Not a fan of vegetarians or vegans either.
