I dont think so but I've heard being poor in America is a subhuman living. Comparatively chinese people seem to be happy with their living conditions. Russians have always been suffering, even the rich ones so no idea here

"Better" is subjective. Saw a video a long time ago, when american tourist was in russian bus, and casually slapped some girl on the butt. Her husband was nearby, and he beat the american cause this was an insult for him and his wife. I don't know, if it is normal in america, guess you won't be beaten there for this, but you will get a lawsuit.
