The same shit happens in many Europoor countries. There is no such thing as "free health care." It does not exist. Taxation does not make something free, it just means that you let the fucking government control health care. Instead of big pharma, you just have big government. There isn't any difference since all governments and corporations view health care as a way to get rich.
"Oh look! free shit!" Is it really free if half of you check goes to taxes?
It's only free if you're not white
Get a cancer sell your house too pay the bill mutt
I could have bought two houses with all the money your dumb ass pays in taxes.
>government
>instead of big pharma
Like there's really a choice. The government has its mitts all over medical services in America and has since the Flexner Report 110 years ago. And in single-payer lands, Big Pharma, has regulatory-captured all government agencies to do anything with medicine.
Big Pharma wouldn't even be a thing in any land with a free market in medicine.
Idunno, it is nice to not ever have to worry about health insurance. Its shit medical here but I know for a fact I would be too lazy to go and get covered in the states. I'm good with taxes going to conveniences like that.
English, Chang
>it just means that you let the fucking government control health care
CDC, Surgeon General (headed by a troon in a sailor suit), FDA, state medical/nursing/all other allied health licencing boards, JCAH, Drugs Schedule, Prescription requirements, medical school accreditation boards and...
A revolving door between Big Pharma execs and regulatory agencies. It's the worst of both worlds with all the disadvantages and none of the advantages that you're living in. The medical cult/cartel/monopoly in the US is propped up by the state and federal governments. And you pretend to preach to Canadians as if medical services were totally free market in Burgerland.
>And you pretend to preach to Canadians as if medical services were totally free market in Burgerland.
No I didn't. I said that free health care is not free.
bumping for health care
