You can literally go and watch a 30 second clip of the thing happening, then the """""fact checkers""""" come out, tell you it didn't happen and omit the later part which they have no answer for. This only works if you spend 5 minutes reading their shit instead of watching 30 seconds yourself.

If a normal teleprompter were being used, it wouldn't say "repeat the line." It'd just have the line again. I doubt the person in charge of the teleprompter made a mistake like that. This is just Joe being incapable of stringing together coherent thoughts even with a teleprompter. Honestly, it's probably worse since it means he's having trouble just reading aloud.
