It Should Be Legal To Drink On The Beach

Drinking in public and public intoxication should be legal outright. It should only be illegal to harass others or be very noisy in public. I find it ridiculous that you can only either drink at home, at a restaurant, or in a bar in the USA. People in Europe and Latin America are used to drinking on the beach. Give me one reason why public intoxication itself should be illegal.

It should be completely legal to drink beer while driving. Only driving while being intoxicated should be illegal, and only if you have been found to have been driving driving recklessly.

I took a vacation to Myrtle Beach a few weeks ago, and there was a female nigger smoking weed along Ocean Boulevard. I took a really long walk, and she was still smoking weed in relatively the same place an hour later. There were also a few people at night walking on the beach who appeared to be a bit tipsy. If people were to begin harassing others or being loud, then they should definitely get arrested for disorderly conduct, but public intoxication itself should be fine. I don't think there is a high enough density of niggers on the beach for this to really be a problem. Myrtle Beach wasn't really that crowded.

For the most part, we still have more freedom than your country. It's just that there are a few bullshit areas, like with all the legislation surrounding alcohol. I'm certain marijuana will be made legal at some point on a federal level. In fact, Republicans are more eager to legalize it than Democrats. It would be based if Trump got reelected and legalized it without any regulation.
