Probably not. I don't know where the website I pulled this map from gets their data, but I don't see anything quite this extreme on the other forecasts I've checked. The next worse one shows dew points at around 80F/26.7C in Iowa/Minnesota at worse. Just posting in case it turns out to be the model that predicted it correctly.
