It seems like it is designed to locate and shame dissidents. We have no idea how the algorithm works but no doubt they design it in a way that people with our views are not seen as often. You are constantly hit hand over fist with ads and distractions which seemingly are designed to break your resolve and get you to mindlessly scroll and passively take in information.
The people who use it the most seem to interact with it as if it itself is a person, communicating in long blocks of text to absolutely no one, posting meme after meme image with absolutely no engagement.
I can say without a doubt that that website ruined my social life. The same with Twitter, it encourages you to be yourself but in so doing it gains your trust and you start to expose your personal views or beliefs only to be blocked, banned, shadow banned or ridiculed by hordes of people you thought were friends.
Unlike something like Twitter all of your personal information is on there, and it connects to nearly everything in real life, meaning one slip up and your entire reputation is destroyed by the changing sensibilities of the political landscape.
My biggest issue is that there is no end to the feed, it goes on forever in order to keep you trapped and they hit you with high engagement videos to keep you scrolling and clicking like animal videos.
Of course there is no way to actually prevent it from doing this.
How do people stand this? How do they not get frustrated with all the subliminal and manipulative tactics?
Face book was made so black people could find each other and kill each other. There's no other explanation for it's continual existence.
Zachary Kelly
People are being paid by those advertisers to ban people like you
The people left group together in defense
Mason Smith
Who are people like me?
Logan Jenkins
Just delete it. Its malware run by an evil kike. No need for a wall of text.
Thomas Fisher
Thats quite a theory. Must be difficult looking through all the Jamals though.
Lincoln Rodriguez
It's impossible to get them to stop sending you emails about a single notification. The site is designed to make it to where you can't leave. You have to turn off tracking on other sites. Like that does anything.
Bentley Nguyen
I don't have a facebook and I'm not sure why anyone would
Blake Watson
Well, I wanted to connect with and make friends and put my music out there. I run a few groups for music but it just seems like everyone is fucking hyponotized. I connected with a big name musician, he DJd my stuff on air and then blocked me over the most trivial of statements that they miscontrued.
Where is the sanctuary away from this?
Are women just a lost cause sucked into the mainframe?
I got banned from twitter for being too edgy. Gab is a mess of low IQ fundies. Minds seems okay but a bit slow.
Facebook has really capitalized on the "community" idea, of people you know... everywhere else just feels like randoms. But at least theres less conditioning.
Daniel Green
See, you get it. It plays off all kinds of emotional and psychological forces to keep you engaged and if you are like us you eventually are banned and lose it all.
Brandon Foster
>Are women just a lost cause sucked into the mainframe? Read up hypergamy. Everything will be fine to make sense. Also, all social media is shit except here.
Kayden Ortiz
I fucking hate autocorrect. Start talking about niggers and kikes and it goes to shit immediately.
Daniel Mitchell
Nice digets.
Yeah what makes Any Forums good are a variety of factors. Because everyone is anonymous there is no preconceived notions, or attention-seeking. A priest and a murderer have the same value in so far as their text alone. Same as a millionaire and a begger.
Also there is no like or dislike system which preconditions people to agree or disagree with a sentiment.
There is also no penalty or consequence for having an unpopular opinion whereas in real life we might be beaten to death.
Twitter isnt great but at least you can reach the end of the feed and feel in control and curate a nice little following. But you never know when you will be banned for knowing too much about Jews.
Ryder Price
Theres probably 2 or 3 people in my whole friend list who can ever see my posts, everyone is segregated inside echo chambers.
Christopher Brown
Is Zuck even transparent about how the system works?
Luis Price
All social media is pozzed and you shouldn't be on any of them, you fucking retard. You aren't going to change the minds of any of those dipshits anyway. Everyone chose up sides a couple decades ago.
>willingly sign up and post your address and other personally identifying info >"I can't believe I was doxxed via facebook! How could this happen to me?!"
This is all bullshit because there is at least one organized group of cluster Bs doing all of this and more.
Jaxon Butler
No, I regret using it in college. It turned into a sewer once the boomers started using it.
Jose Ross
Use MySpace
Benjamin Evans
Facebook succeeding where myspace failed is proof this world doesn't want good things
Jonathan Cook
at least myspace had normies learning basic html
Jacob Ward
I'm fucking tired of getting bans for shit I posted 2 years ago. I got banned for 2 months for saying "if this happened then Hitler would have likely won". Just some fucking robo-script reads Hitler and I'm sent to the shadowrealm. They dont care some much if you say "burn the Jews" but more that you're just talking about something unpleasant in general.
Angel Allen
It's designed to sell your information to corporations, advertisers, the NSA and whomever else has the bucks. I cannot believe that there is a sapient being walking around today in 2022 who does not know this.
