I'm assuming you mean C19 mRNA vaccines. When the mRNA gets into the cell, it is used by the ribosome to create a spike and put it on the outside of the cell. The vaccine was supposed to stay in the arm, but if it gets into the bloodstream (which it obviously does) it travels around the body until it is absorbed by a cell. This usually happens where the blood is slowest, in the capillaries. Those capillaries cells then start making spikes all over their surface which makes them rough when really they ought to be very smooth. When the body detects this 'roughness' it sees it as damage and begins making clots to "repair" the roughness. This is where the blood clots come from. If it happen in the heart it leads to myocarditis. If it happens in the lungs it leads to pulmonary hypertension. These conditions are often deadly.
