Most bottled water is just tap water. Some of the better companies will do the reverse osmosis thing and/or remineralize it. But a lot of it is just plain tap water.
Plus, there's the issues with chemicals leaching into the water from the plastic bottles. If you're going to pay for water, buy a proper filtration system for your home & use a steel insulated bottle.

I’m not reading the article, but here are a few thoughts off the top of my head as to why this might be the case. Niggers and spics can’t trust the tap water from their home countries so they buy bottled water to drink. This practice stays with them when they come here. White moms distrust the chemicals used during the manufacturing process used to create plastic bottles. Tap water in white areas is probably safer to drink than tap water from non-white areas. Drinking bottled water is less cost effective than simply filtering tap water yourself.
