Anybody who's actually worked in this position knows you're just supposed to let the guy get away with it and not cause a hassle. The last thing the company wants is pictures spread of someone in their uniform tackling or manhandlng a nigger. Even hired security is usually just there as a deterrent and to make reports.

I work at a regional convenience store chain and they tell us to not even try to stop people shoplifting (not that I would because fuck my bosses) since the cops don't care enough to try and track them down. If you live in Upstate NY btw please shoplift. It makes my day a lot better since the boomers from the corporate office come in and seethe for hours about people not respecting them and how the younger generations are doomed, which makes the day fly by.

Do it discreetly. "Self-checkout" but don't put all the items in the bags. I do this every once in awhile on accident and then did on purpose a few times because the accidents didn't get caught.
That way if you do get caught you can play dumb and be like "oh shit my bad, let me pay for that"... but if they never say anything, because they are dumb niggers turning the blind eye to their dumb nigger friends robbing the store, then you're good!
