culturally and institutionally? without a doubt. in actual physical reality? no, not really. in america, people will complain about the population percentage of whites are going down, and yet most non-whites live in states that were already non-white to begin with. while it's also true that white birthate is down, that's largely a symptom of modern degeneracy, and will likely eventually spead to other groups as well. but a lot of that is actually just manipulating numbers, they've changed the definition of white purposefully in the census to artificially lower the appearence of the white majority in the US, by not including any hispanics (despite the fact that plenty of hispanics would pass as effectively white in every conceivable dimension), which would likely raise the percentage of whites by a good 10 or 15% easily.
the attack on white values and institutions, however, is absolutely real. the blatant attempt to erase history, destroy customs, and import invaders is very real and very malicious. the backlash that's going to come from it will be glorious. all of the ingredients are there, someone just needs to put it in the oven.
