Why does Any Forums maintain that men and women can't be friends

I became pretty good friends with a girl at work and then we ended up fucking a couple of times after a few months and it got awkward after that.

Because friendship suggests parity with women. This cannot work. Women must obey men (by threat of violence). It is a relationship of order hierarchy with the man as the leader and woman as the servant. To say that you can be friends with the inferior sex invalidates your manhood and authority to control your woman. Women are cattle that must be carefully shepherded by good men lest they run wild as beasts and animals.
