his idea is similar to Contingentative Capitocracy

CC is where everyone in the country becomes a shareholder of the government and can hold/trade these 'stateshares' on the market at a market price determined by people wanting to be part of that country.
One stateshare = one vote
900 stateshares minimum need to be locked away in order for someone to be allowed in the country
2000 stateshares locked away to unlock other privileges (like tapwater/roads/etc)
birthright is still in play
and the gov pays out dividends to shareholders if it stops deficit spending and turns a profit
also, stateshares are NOT currency
like how equity is not currency
at the transition from a non-CC to a CC, all current citizens are grandfathered into receiving 1000 stateshares
if you want to buy more you have to go to the market and buy them from other shareholders since the government doesn't print more equity except for the babies
babies' stateshares is locked away until they are 18yo
there would still be capitalism
the gov would collect revenue by collecting taxes in the most efficient manner to maximize the market price of the stateshare
that way if the gov issues good policies, then everyone becomes wealthier as the stateshare price rises and your wealth goes up in response
if you want to cash out you have to emmigrate first

I understand those who don't like it but I think it should be read a lot more, Nrx is the only theory creating something new and not stay in the ghost dance with dead ideologies. He has a text about a Blockchain-based monarchy that is brilliant. It should at least be read to encourage anons to create new things.
