A lot of millennials are subscribed to several services, and a lot of these services are quite expensive especially when you add them all up. That being said I’m fairly certain that even without the Netflix and the Starbucks and the avocado toast most of these people still wouldn’t be able to afford a home. There’s a grain of truth to it but it’s deceptive.

Avacado toast is relatively inexpensive if you buy the loaf $2-4/loaf and those single serving cups of guac or avacado are less than a dollar each. Slightly less if you buy avacado produce. As far as nutrition goes, avacado is better that the vast majority of vegan foods.
I seriously have no probably with someone who lives in an apartment building owning it and doing the management stuff. They're still living at the place and tolerating all the same stuff their tenants have to for the most part.
