I saw the document that was supposed to mention keys placed under the monument and taking it to the Rosicrucians. I assume this time capsule never actually got placed. It reads like Kersten wanted to have it dug up after a nuke war and then whoever did have it would try to unlock the code in there and associate it with Rosicrucian shit. The document appears to among all the other documents associated with the project.
