The entire Western part of Washington is completely fucked. I’m leaving Lynnwood now that they’re building that bum train station outside of my home. It won’t be long before rail spans from Bellingham to Olympia and their are 20 more ferries transporting bums like dump trucks all over the peninsula.
I would recommend eastern Washington. Most of Washington doesn’t know anything exists beyond the cascades and you get to look forward to being a future resident of Idaho with better weather anyway.

It’s sold as a way to get high income earners into an area, paying property taxes, and providing opportunities to existing residents. It no doubt does this for sure, but what makes Washington unique is that fare enforcement is illegal. So the risks of bums using the slum buggy and foot ferry boat as a moving house, urinal, trap house combo that takes them out to nice places to steal more shit to feed their addiction are very real.

Just be a Welder user, it's easy to get into and only requires a bit of work to get accepted/registered. PLUS honestly it's good no matter where you go - so for instance, if you're good at Welding and you live in Louisiana and/or Texas then you're basically set (since they need Welders for everything from Boats to Oil Rigs).
