Most of this makes sense. Ukraine needs very, very, VERY heavy weapons to turn the tide. Until then, it's going to be grueling attrition all the way. I'm not familiar with the requirements here.
You have losses from seepage in pipeline, which leads to pressure drops. To counteract this, you need compressor stations containing turbines at regular intervals. The turbine burns up a portion of the natural gas to power itself and compresses the rest, increasing pressure again so that the gas keeps flowing.
