It's information that comes from the lips of the retired director of the defense agency, he's pissed because he was told by subcontractors that weren't even government personnel that he had no "jurisdiction" or "clearance" to be read in since it was "need to know". OK. So several crashes have happened and the first was not Roswell. The first was in San Francisco I believe in 1941. So basically they made huge advances with the tech they were given while telling the US government they haven't, while pawning off the government with mollycoddle consolation prizes like the things OP listed at the end of his post. They then established a breakaway civ, or tried to, but that's ending now I think and now finally it looks like the US govt. is getting a handle back on all this. 75th anniversary of Roswell is today btw. 75 years of this embarrassing situation

So, on the left are a bunch of comets called the Four Horsemen. Three followed one in the east and creates the seas named after their colours. The moon was created and the start of periodic axial shifts began. After the comets the change in axial rotation is shown. Then how weights balanced on pyramids using the top creates a force on each side of the pivot arm that warns of the axial shift approaching. It describes what pyramids were used for. It's an engineering depiction
