You've got two options:

A) you stake out this family for months and you find out their patterns as people in order to determine when is a good time to strike. Cameras are outside and inside so my only option is to just wait till they show up outside my building and attack the biggest one without any immediate provocation.

I'd pay the local cop a hundred euros and have him kick their ass. Eventually they'll move on. There were a bunch of these little fags hanging out in front of my building a few years back, then a cop moved in next door. Three beat downs later they never set foot in that park again.
