Hyde Park (NOT "Hyde Park Near, or near Hyde Park), Mt Adams in the city. Newport close to River area. And out in Clermont Co. Further out you go the whiter it gets and the cheaper.
West Chester, Maineville. Harper's Point. If you find a cheap place closer in, 10/10 it's illegals or niggers. Walnut Hills can be nice it's where many hospital workers live however it's too close to niggertown. Anywhere they can get to by walking or bike or on the bus is always going to be trouble. There are places downtown but only retard "woke" bother living there. there are so many niggers there is no grocery store so you will have to go across to the kinda ghetto kroger in Newport or up north of the city.

Best thing to do is look at the "circle freeway" on the map and stay outside of that. ALWAYS run the population stats. If you stay outside the 471 / 275 belt in Indiana, KY, and OH it is pretty good.
