Something I've noticed is people living in harsh or dangerous environments have higher Testosterone, but people in safer environments become softer and make lower T which is bad for their health. This is validated by studies that show that kids who fear being bullied or violence at home or at school have higher testosterone levels than average. So in other words having a shitty abusive family or environment raises your T, but having a safe environment and caring family lowers your T. Is there a way to game this annoying dichotomy to have the best of both worlds? Tricking the brain and body into higher T in a perfectly safe environment?

it's not really tricking, just do manual labor or other physically intensive activities, eat well, sleep well, be high status, etc. the usual. what you really have to look out for is high estrogen. it does not seem that the body has a natural way of reducing estrogen and we are bombarded by estrogens from plastics, hygiene products, phytoestrogens, etc. look into taking estrogen blockers or aromatase inhibitors to prevent excess t from being converted to estrogen.
