Mexico is probably the only country in the New World that is as beauitful as Europe. Which is why I ask these questions as I could not imagine people who live here to want to go to the US and live by a freeway and a strip mall.

I worked at a summer camp in Arizona where dozens of Mexican kids came every year. They were from wealthy families in Sonora and Sinaloa. They would carpool up from Mazatlan or wherever with their cousins and friends. The parents would drop them off, pay the camp director a big wad of cash, and then take off to gamble in Las Vegas. They gave out pretty good tips at the end of the summer too.
