Meaning women in stem are very very sad and based on their nature, displaying their body so men can be attracted mean that they're worth something but when you make their brain works they start to see all their flaws and vapidness, how shallow they really are and it break them

STEM is super hard.
And within STEM, medicine is supposed to be extremely hard. Maybe I'm wrong, but sure go ahead and correct me.
I studied Engineering, Physics(Graduate school, dropped out) and now Mechatronics(Graduate school).
And yeah. STEM was pushed to women but did they have intrinsic motivation and curiosity? I rarely found women had any of those. Deep thinking is needed to come up with great ideas, and ideas are dime a dozen.
I saw some roasties on facebook cry that their ideas were stolen by their professors and peer group and that their work was not contributing enough to make a paper out of it.
Anyway. It's just a cackle.
It's always gonna be hard for women to break into STEM unless they are high IQ enough. And if you are actually high IQ, you'll just make enough money through the easiest way possible and retire early. Why would you want to slog through your life?

As Jordan Peterson spells out: women are dropping out because they are perfectly normal. It's the men that only stay in because they are crazy and on the far extremes of the intelligence distribution curve.
Bear in mind that many of these high level professional careers require INSANE levels of dedication and sacrifice, as in 70, 80, 90 hour work weeks for years on end to reach the top. Most women don't want to make those kinds of sacrifices for the sake of career, preferring pursuit of family and flexibility instead. But SOME men on the far ends of the distribution curve ARE willing to go to those competitive extremes.

The truth is, women will bring down productivity of a team. Men are usually chosen for good fit, women are chosen to mostly make the company look good on paper i.e., "we hired x number of women this year" will be the highlight point for HR in the board meeting. Like the rich fucks give a fuck, they'll pick the most attractive, fuck them and give them promotions.
