Every ethnicity gets a continent as gerrymandered by the top racists of each race. They can split into countries or whatever form of system they want from there.

Africa goes to the blacks, the whole thing up and thru Egypt even, to accommodate western raised blacks. If they split into warlord territories buffered by no man's lands with no intracontinental cooperation on infrastructure or technology, that is their destiny.
