We are more than 90% white. The number you are thinking of is amount of children with 'migration background'. Migration background is defined as having at least one non native grandparent and counts inter European immigration. So if you move to Germany, get a German wife and your child gets a German partner, their child will have an migration background.

I just explained how our category of migrant background is very different to your category of non white. In Germany, if you have a Polish grandfather, you count as having a migration background. This type of immigration is and always has been incredible common in Europe though.
