Why the fuck hasn’t anyone died yet? When covid was at like, 5000 cases hadn’t half a dozen already bit the dust?
Michael Brown
There are already 2 confirmed deaths and people missing from social media, user.
Jeremiah Kelly
Its a mild virus, that hasnt yet reach into the elderly populations. We should start seeing some deaths in the elderly in coming months. But at the moment it is in its infancy finding its way through social demographics.

>CA still winning >NY had less new cases than I would expect >not sure why Illinois is so high
Sorry, I mean I need a source that explicitly states your argument. This is just tangential to the discussion.
No, you can't make inferences and observations from the sources you've gathered. Any additional comments from you MUST be a subset of the information from the sources you've gathered.
You can't make normative statements from empirical evidence.
Do you have a degree in that field?
A college degree? In that field?
Then your arguments are invalid.
No, it doesn't matter how close those data points are correlated. Correlation does not equal causation.
Correlation does not equal causation.
CORRELATION. DOES. NOT. EQUAL. CAUSATION.
You still haven't provided me a valid source yet.
Nope, still haven't.
I just looked through all 308 pages of your user history, figures I'm debating a glormpf supporter. A moron.
>Why the fuck hasn’t anyone died yet? When covid was at like, 5000 cases hadn’t half a dozen already bit the dust?
My guess is that they are using a definition of “died from monkeypox” rather than “died with monkeypox” (as they used for covid).
In practice its very hard to say someone fied from monkeypox or form sepsis (eg if their sores get infected with bacteria), or from pneunomia. Thus at this stage they will say “patient died of acute sepsis” and list monkeypox as aco morbidity perhaps. So they are doing the opposite of what they did with COVID, where by their definition meant motorcycle victims are listed as covid deaths. Is this intentional, to down play the threat of Mpox? Perhaps, Im not sure about that.
The other possibilitity is that nobody has died due to great hospital care, I reat 9 percent of people need hospitalization. This once we hit say 1 million cases, hospitals may collapse especially if nurses quit en masse. Then, with no care and anti virals, the deaths will begin.
