There is no gun problem, this is a case of not having enough guns. If half the bystanders had returned 3 rounds, the shooter would not have had such an effect.

I have some sensible ways to fix America's gun problem:
>Bring back sanitariums and put crazy people there like we used to
>Expand stand your ground laws and castle doctrine to every state
>Make concealed carry permits available to every American citizen over 18 who isn't a felon or documented to be crazy and on meds
>Abolish "bail reform" type laws that allow niggers to be arrested and released back on the street immediately
>Overhaul our education system to be more focused on vocational training starting at age 13 so that underachieving niggers can be funneled into vocational programs where they will learn how to drive forklifts, work construction etc, and make a little bit of money so that they aren't getting caught up in gangs and other young nigger shit at this age

Most mass shootings outside of gang violence/nigger impulsive shootings wouldn't even happen without the FBI exploiting mentally ill people and instigating the shootings, as well as doing nothing about known suspects

At least 16 other people were shot, two fatally, in a violent eight-hour span late Saturday into early Sunday in the city, according to Chicago police.

And a 5-year-old boy was hit in the shoulder Sunday night, apparently by a bullet that had been shot into the air in Humboldt Park. And a 10-year-old boy was wounded when bullets were fired at the side of his Englewood home and struck him in his bedroom Sunday night.

The holiday toll is lower than last year, when 19 people were killed and more than 100 people were shot over the Fourth of July weekend. In 2020, 79 people were shot, 15 of them fatally; in 2019, 68 people were shot, 5 of them fatally.
