Gun Regulation

I always see the
>people only had muskets back then
yeah, I know. that also means that the state only had muskets as well. the state doesn’t just have muskets anymore. they have tanks, missiles, and remote targetting capabilities. therefore the people should also have tanks, missiles, and remote targetting capabilities.
use (((their))) own arguments against them.

No one is arguing anymore.

it’s just coercion.

Class III dealers often have heavy weapons. Look at youtube machine gun fun shoots, there are miniguns, 20mm cannon, mortars, 50 cal brownings.

I have to get a special license for 50cal m82s?

Technically an American can still own a tank but good luck trying to purchase one.

but they had more than muskets back then

You are correct. We do have tanks, missiles, etc. The armed forces are OURS. Their oath is to the constitution. When Joe Biden said “you’d need nukes & jets” what he meant was that he could turn the army against us, when the army is made of us. HE needs nukes & f15s. In fact, the only thing he ever could do is use a nuke, which would be him losing anyway. The armed forces are ours. The idea that democrats think they could use them against us is exactly why, in point of fact, the leftists must be exterminated. One by one or en masse. They cannot be allowed to continue to “rule over” us. They must be overruled themselves. Leftists will not like reading this & assume it is written by someone unserious. The benefit of their doubt is ours.

If any retard uses the "They only had muskets back then" Bullshit, just point out they also only had the printing press back then, and town centers, so the first amendment should not pertain to things like TV, Radio, and the internet.

it says a well regulated militia but if you try to form a militia nowadays they'll send all the alphabet boys and burn down your compound

No. You have to pay an extra tax.

Good luck why? There are no federal restrictions on owning a tank in the US.

Trying to find a company who will sell one to you is the hard part.

you're buying into their framing
In fact, the most devastating form of weapon during the founding era was large multi-gun frigates.

Pic rel is the USS Constitution a 44 Gun Frigate ordered in 1794. This kind of warship could flatten a city in an afternoon, destroy any coastal forts, and single-handedly embargo a port. These types of ships were COMMONLY privately owned. This is like civilians being able to own battleships. Muskets don't even work into the question, the second amendment allows ANY arms that the government could bring to bear upon their citizens. It covers nukes it covers chemical and biological weapons, it covers jet fighters and tanks, it covers aircraft carriers.

They want to abolish the entire constitution so it doesn't really matter what the argument presented is

Technology changes but the basic concept of the human right to self defense doesn’t.

Simple as

SHALL NOT

doesn't seem to be working since more and more states are going the constitutional carry route

Please tell me about the racist history of gun control.

“And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand? After all, you knew ahead of time that those bluecaps were out at night for no good purpose. And you could be sure ahead of time that you’d be cracking the skull of a cutthroat.”
