ER docs are good when you can actually see one. The last few ER visits I've had (four in the span of a decade) they just send in a PA who plays doctor, and a fucking collections agent if you're a cash customer (in all fairness most cash customers are broke insurancelets). Seeing the one actual doc on staff is rare.
