That only works if there's no nitrogen emissions falling down on the clover non-stop. It only grows when there's shortages, if there's nitrogen being added it will disappear, it'll only reappear when it's necessary. Might be a good indicator of nitrogen availability though, if they claim that a piece of land has too much nitrogen stored in it and it will still grow clover, then those claims are definitely a bunch of fucking bullshit.
