Even if something happened you wont feel shit. Its not fucking a science fiction movie where dinosaurs will start flying outta nowhere. The shifts are subtle, as more time passes, the divergence gets bigger.
You live on a ball of rock spinning at thousands of miles of an hour, going around a ball of helium.. do you feel the spin of the ball? Does it make you dizzy?
You do see the effects of the spin though, sunrise and sunsets.. the changing weather, the natural disasters and so on.. timeline work in the same way.. dont expect anything dramatic

CERN is used to transmit messages through different timelines.
The "data collecting" is simply either retrieving information from the past timelines or sending information back in time.
Fucking retards always fall for the shilled water muddying theories like black hole shit, half the population goes into another timeline, end of the world etc.
Of course it will have a ripple effect, but nothing major, yet.
It's hard to explain because most of you are fucking idiots but imagine an ocean with millions of lines going through it in a linear fashion.
Now imagine an artifical wave created, it will distrupt the lines to a certain extent, but not erase them.
