The only part of the bible that may contain some truth is the names. Genealogy and such. Guy had these three sons and these three sons had these five sons etc etc
Also some aspects of the Israelite migrations and political situation may be fairly accurate.

The torah/ first few books of the old testament are entirely a work of fiction
Any subsequent Abrahamic religious text based on them, while they may depict true events and people who actually existed however exaggerated are obviously based on the previous books of myth so that doesn't really count for much.
