I don't think they're schizophrenic. They're a lot like the far left in that they have the kind if personality that wants to hate things and wants to think of themselves as the victim of some kind of injustice. They tend to only read things that agree with their confirmation bias and make sweeping generalizations about large sections of the population based on tiny sample sizes which puts them in this state of mind that they're completely surrounded by people against them. The media capitalizes on this from both sides and really just makes things worse

I don't even care about race, obviously merit should be rewarded. Obviously, criminals should be reformed or imprisoned. Obviously, if you don't open the pipeline wealth is going to be destroyed. Obviously if a choice leads to a 41% suicide rate it's a bad choice. Obviously, if someone makes nothing but wrong predictions based on a theory the theory could be wrong. But I dunno why they do the opposite. As for the zog, believing that everyone else aren't actually people to them might be something of an answer, but hell if I know.
