Something called "leaky gut" causes alzheimer's. Essentially because everyone eats processed shit out small intestine health is terrible and eventually your small intestine will begin to leak directly into your blood steam. If you have a blood screening it can be detected via white blood cell count, it will look like your body is fighting a large infection.
It's virtually undetectable unless you get a blood screen.

It's one cause. The amounts present in antiperspirant deodorant probably aren't enough to cause disorders on their own, but soil contamination from aircraft fuels (especially military) is a significant factor.
That said, I always use non-antiperspirant deodorant.
