Broadly speaking Western countries because I believe that our way of doing things is correct. I've spent some time in Asia and frankly apart from some childish white man worship these half-savages have no clue that they owe us just about everything. We put them on the map, showed them technology, rational thinking, rational governance, the concept of law, justice, accountability, contract etc These are all thing they'd never come up with on their own.
