Universal healthcare just means medicaid is expanded to cover everyone. It works in Europe because European 'high' salaries are like 45k a year compared to the 100k+ in the USA and their tax burden is much greater. If you are poor enough you can't afford insurance, go on medicaid. But I suspect a lot of this whining comes from retards and trannies who think medicaid doesn't cover anything- guess what, same shit in yurop.
