Why do people think Serbia is under Russian influence? Their only cultural exchange is in the form of saying they love each other on youtube; all their cities are westernized e.g. Novi Sad. There are no relevant economic, infrastructure or military projects being collaborated on. Arabs are buying up Belgrade, for chrissake. Even the CCP has significantly greater investments in Serbia. Now Montenegro and Croatia, our coast is being bought up by Russians. Even in the Yugoslav wars, only side that had any Russian interference were us, and that was brokered by criminal French arms dealers.
