Why is this being protested? It's an apolitical fact the 'right to abortion' precedent based on trimesters was made up bullshit.
Roe v Wade overturn protests
leftist love big government and dont want the scotus to give up their federal power
They want freedom from the consequences of their actions because they've been made infantile. Fucking a woman in 2022 is like fucking a retarded child and you should be ashamed of yourself if you're doing it regularly.
Sorry loser but you are just coping
People are idiots and don't realize that the states were meant to be semi autonomous and not part of a megalithic federal structure, effectively giving you the choice of 50 countries to live in under one umbrella.
Degenerate
*monolithic
Leftists are the children of moloch. The inverse. Evil.
It's almost psychotic that a Supreme Court of the past actually wrote out a trimester rule for the legality of abortions and passed it off as judicial review. That's clearly just writing a law at that point since obviously no part of the Constitution or even historical common law ever laid out a trimester basis for when states have authority over abortions or not.
For an issue that over 70% of Americans support, I haven't seen a lot of protests. What's up?
