The neon pink is a dead giveaway that this flag is a spoof. I tried a tried to find an easy way to render a muted pink, but ultimately decided to stick with |FF..FF| for the RGB pattern for pink.

I clearly stated in the OP that this technique should be used by anons who manage sock puppet accounts on Twatter and Faceberg. Instead of using those accounts to post actual Gay Pride flags, anons can use the technique here to have some fun with spoofed flags

Although I think it's a very good idea for pol to learn cryptography techniques, this is not it.
Amount of work to encode and decode is just bad.
