The boomers literally ruined the job market for everyone else by not paying enough and cheaing out. When they are gone, they wont be able to regulate anymore. Especially in the blue collar sector, wages for professionals will explode. A lot of useless shit like HR will be removed as companies need to pay the people doing actual work. Probably, but the problem is real. They can't import shitskins to perform the work that needs to be done in a country like Germany. They can work in bodegas, scrub toilets like the polacks or work at McDonald's, but the country will cease to function without skilled labor. They probably drank the kool-aid themselves and thought they could treat people like any other kind of resource, and that niggers really are human. A just in time type of population where you import however many workers you need, train them for a year or two and they'll be just as good as a white person. Didn't really work out.
